Every business has a visible operation and a real operation. I start by understanding the difference. The goal is not to impose a framework. It is to find the constraint that matters, build the answer with the people closest to it, and improve the business outcome.
Outcome
Better flow matters because better business performance matters.
Predictable flow is useful, but it is not the final result. The work should create capacity for growth, strengthen profitability, improve cash generation and customer value, reduce avoidable dependence, and make the business more capable over time.
